How long does it take to fully charge the juice pack 3G from empty?

To bring the juice pack 3G back to full power, it usually takes about 3 hours.

What are the best methods for charging your juice pack?

Connect the mophie juice pack to a power source using the USB cable that came with your juice pack. The USB cable can be plugged in to your computer or any “works with iPhone” wall-plug style power source with USB out.

You can either charge the Juice Pack 3G with the iPhone inserted or charge them separately.

Will my juice pack for iPod touch 1st Gen work with the new iPod touch 2nd Gen?

Unfortunately, the current design is intended for use with the first generation Apple iPod touch ONLY. The dimensions of the iPod touch 2nd Gen will not allow for cross compatibility. You can purchase the juice pack for iPod touch 2nd Gen here!

What is mophie's return policy?

Refund/Return Policy:

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
  • must not be a special order or a custom order
  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item’s particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

mophie reserves the right to claim a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you must contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item back to our store. Items returned to us after 7 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Will my current Juice Pack work with the new iPhone 3G?

Unfortunately, the current design is intended for use with the first generation Apple iPhone ONLY. The dimensions of the 3G iPhone will not allow for cross compatibility.

Can I sync my iPhone, iPod touch or iPhone 3G while the Juice Pack is still connected?

You can charge and sync your iPhone 3G and iPod touch to iTunes without removing it from their respective juice packs via the included usb cable. However, the “Pass through connector” on the bottom of the Juice Pack for iPhone 1st Gen is for charging only, it is not intended to sync.

I’m trying to plug my iPhone/iPod cable into the Juice Pack and it's not working!

The charging connector on the Juice Pack is inverted. You will need to flip the charging cable over before inserting.

My Juice Pack isn’t charging.

If both the iPhone battery and the Juice Pack battery are dead or very low, they may not charge simultaneously if the iPhone is inserted in the Juice Pack, in this case, the iPhone may “chirp” intermittently. If this happens, simply detach the iPhone from the Juice Pack and charge them separately.

When I try charging my iPhone and Juice Pack at the same time the iPhone keeps “chirping”.

Do you still sell cases for?

Many people have asked if we still sell cases for older iPods, and in some cases we do, but if it is not listed on the site then we are no longer producing cases for that particular iPod.
